I create affordable and accessible interior and retail design for all, online and offline. 

+ How is Josephine b design different from other design consultants? 

Its an online and offline service providing advice, a friendly and exclusive approach, with imaginative solutions. After an initial free discovery call I will solve your design issues, big or small, working either exclusively online to keep costs at a minimum, or “offline”, meaning I can visit your home or business offering you a completely personalised service for an hourly fee. We can also combine online and offline services – You choose which method best suits your needs.

+ What information do you need from me? 

Depending on the services chosen, I will ask you to fill in a quick questionnaire, share current photos of the space, dimensions, and communicate any key items that you want to retain. If you already have already been inspired from posts on Instagram or Pinterest then please share these too.

+ How long does the whole process take? 

Depending on the services chosen you will normally be emailed your design dossier in 2 to 4 weeks time. You will know how long the process will take before committing.

+ And If I wanted to change something? 

The aim is to always deliver the perfect project for you the first time around. Changes maybe made within the brief if your budget allows, if not we can discuss further costs in advance.

+ What shops do you look at when putting together a scheme? 

After our initial chat, where we identify your personal style and budget, we can then look at brands that cater to that budget, whether they be independent shops, antique and vintage outlets, or well known high street retailers, or a combination of all of these.

+ I don’t have a floorplan, can you work with pictures of the room instead?

Don’t worry if you don’t have a floorplan – a sketch and some dimensions from you will be sufficient – I can guide you through how to take measurements if required. Also, you can check if there is a floor plan available for your property from a previous estate agent listing online.

+ How do i receive my design? 

You will receive a dossier via email with the designs and information needed to transform your space.

+ What are the payment terms? 

If you decide to proceed after the free discovery call and subsequent no- obligation quote, payment of 50% of the project cost must be paid in advance, and 50% on completion of the work.
