With a free-minute discovery call, we identify your space issues and desires.
I come back to you with a quote, and if you decide to proceed, we then put ourselves in your customers’ shoes:
- What do they expect,
- What experience would they like,
- What would make them say “wow”
Where appropriate i can propose improvements to various areas of your business – for example, lighting:
- Lighting,
- Layout and positioning of key products,
- Merchandising,
- Communication needs.
I then prepare the necessary designs, enabling you to transform your commercial space, into one that:

- Stands out in the crowd in what is our challenging retail and hospitality climate.

- Video call to virtually visit your commercial space, or an on site visit, followed by a S.W.O.T. analysis
- Moodboard/s to envisage your business’ new look
A Dossier listing solutions (where appropriate) to:

- layout and customer flow,
- rhythm and pace of the customer/ guest journey,
- positioning of key products and activity/experiential areas,
- merchandising solutions,
- product styling, and communication needs
- A 2D visualisations of your new retail space.
- A floor plan of your new retail space.
- A 3D computer model of your new retail space.
I can also give you a hand to implement the final design, guiding you through the process on site. We decide in advance how much time needs to be devoted to achieve this , and it will be tailored to fit in with your budget.
